I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn South Normanton and I must say, it was an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. This hotel deserves a well-deserved 5-star rating for several reasons. First and foremost, the staff at this hotel went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly faces. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, promptly checking me in and providing me with all the necessary information I needed for my stay. Throughout my time there, the staff remained attentive and responsive to any requests or questions I had, making me feel valued and well taken care of. The accommodations at the Holiday Inn South Normanton were nothing short of exceptional. The room I stayed in was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep every night of my stay. The amenities in the room, including a flat-screen TV, coffee maker, and mini-fridge, were all modern and well-maintained, adding an extra touch of convenience to my stay. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping the room clean and tidy throughout my visit. The hotel facilities were also top-notch. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, with a wide range of options to suit all tastes. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a variety of hot and cold items, including fresh fruit, pastries, and made-to-order omelettes. The breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of cereals, pastries, cold meats, yoghurts even smoothies in the cold section and a good choice of hot items. The staff were all friendly and helpful especially the staff in the restaurant at breakfast, Denise couldn’t do enough for us. The car park was very big so we didn’t have any problem parking when we returned from our days out. Our evening meal in the restaurant was very nice, very good quality for a hotel chain. Although the hotel was very close to the M1 and A38 it was very quite at night.
